Travellers cheques in USD recommended. Credit Cards (Visa/Master cards) in big cities are acceptable. Not recommended if not through EFTPOS machine to avoid fraud.

Passport/visa

You need a Visa to go to China which can be obtained from the Embassy/Chinese consular. Your Passport must be valid for at least 6 months. Leave a copy of passport/visa when making a reservation to your travel agency.
